Hello readers!
So, today was 'back to reality'... I just got back from school, and with every first day comes the 'new shoe blisters'. However, I trying not to dwell too much on the start of a fresh, hard academic year, instead I had an blogging idea I'd like to try...
Some months, especially the cold ones, don't really hold anything exciting, they just seem to drag on, and on. But, I'd like to try something new! Each month I'm going to share a monthly 'live-by', or in other words a small phrase that we should all try to practice more this month. I think it would really be a great way to make me, and hopefully some of you, more conscience of our actions.
Anyway, enough of the rambling! On to the 'live-by'! This month it is "Be the kind of person you want to meet"
I really like this quote! Nobody wants to meet someone boring... The type of people I like to meet are friendly, lively, and interesting, but I think sometimes I forget these things. That's why this month, I really want to keep this in mind, and let people see the best side of me.
I hope some of you will try this too, and hopefully, September won't be such a drag... Also, if you have any more 'live-by's please comment!
Until next time!
Hannah Louise

Finding My voice
I think being a teenager is mainly about finding who you are and what you want to become. It's all about setting yourself up to be an adult, as well as having fun being young.
Especially this year, I think I've started to become more...myself. I've tried my hardest to participate in new things. Things I never thought I'd want to do a couple of years ago. This blog has become my platform, where I'm free to express myself, to help others, and connect with people all around the world. However, one thing I've particularly found difficult about blogging is finding the right topics. Inspirational, enjoyable and interesting things to say. Which is one of the reasons I didn't start blogging sooner. Thinking "why would anyone want to listen to me?"
But when one of my favorite bloggers Louise, aka Sprinkle of glitter, said she'd changed the theme/function of her blog before, I thought "why can't I do that? Why can't I experiment?" Which has lead me to want to begin experimenting with my blog....its time to change!! My advice to you is to keep pushing your boundaries, you'll be surprised how far they stretch . If you don't, how can you possibly reach your full potential? Just carry on because only you can find it...Honestly, I am so proud of this blog and anyone can do it! This is me...I'm finding my voice and shouting it to the world! Watch this space, and find your voice!
Thank you,
Hannah Louise

Inspiration...
I know, I know... I haven't written in a long while, but i just couldn't find anything to write about. I spent ages writing rubbish around mindmaps, and I really didn't want to bore you with them! I look for things to write everywhere! Then I realized I was trying too hard...
So, where do we find inspiration? Nearly everyday we have to write about things, whether it's in our Language lessons (writing a paragraph on the same holiday for the 7 Billionth time), or just using Twitter. Most the time we write about our experiences or just something we stumbled across, because that's what we know about. But I haven't really done much in the last week, and it wasn't until my friend showed me a blog she really liked to read that I got any ideas. I realized that my blog 'topic' was right under my nose.... inspiration. Really it's everywhere!
This blog has already taught me so much, I've faced difficulties already (and still have a lot to learn!). So, any fellow bloggers, writers, or just anybody really don't ignore the ordinary! That's what everyone can relate too, and we take it for granted... Look for 'The beauty in the ordinary'!
